How You Can Help Today

First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta has opened a designated fund to assist with relief in Haiti. This is due to having a long history of partnership on La Gonave and other regions of Haiti. What this means is that any donations you make are 100% tax deductable. Also, 100% of your funds will go directly to the relief effort in Haiti. There is no middle-man, no administative costs, no one is getting paid. The pilots have donated their planes and piloting time and have been paying for a lot of their fuel costs out of their pockets. And I do mean pockets because the surrounding airports are demanding cash, although the price for the fuel has been greatly reduced(about $3/gal for jet fuel). I can get the planes, the pilots and a lot of the supplies, food and medicine, are already on the ground in Santiago, Peurto Plata and Santo Domingo. We just need fuel money to get it here.

The account is: HAITI 865305

Thank you for your support! I will post on-line donation details when I figure that out. I expect Rose Emily is going to kill me for posting her number :)
